Gameplay trailers for two exciting new titles
The good folks over at Focus Entertainment held a brief showcase earlier today to highlight the upcoming releases of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 and Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, both of which received lengthy new trailers!
We’ll throw both of them down below along with more information on each game. Enjoy!
“Today, Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive, in partnership with Games Workshop, are thrilled to unveil the most extensive look at Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s gameplay to date.
In this 10-minute Extended Gameplay trailer, the explosive third-person action game shows Lieutenant Titus and his battle brothers Chairon and Gadriel taking on swarms of Tyranids on the Planet Avarax. The game will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC with digital and physical versions, and a prestigious Collector’s Edition which is currently open for pre-orders.”
“In a world where the souls of the departed roam, you play a couple of Banishers. Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith. Combine Antea’s spiritual powers and Red’s powerful arsenal to defeat and banish the souls that torment the living. Uncover secrets, navigate mysterious landscapes, and meet memorable but tormented characters whose fate rests in your hands. Will you honor your Banisher oath or sacrifice the living in a desperate bid to bring your beloved back ?
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden releases November 7th to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and pre-orders are now available on all platforms, with a Collector’s Edition and the newly revealed Red Echoes Edition exclusive to the Focus Store!”

I can’t wait for Banishers! Also, I love how choices lead to Antea’s resurrection OR her moving on…. Yeah, f*ck it, I’m going to resurrect her no matter the cost.
Still disappointed we haven’t received a release date for Space Marine. If it’s really coming out "winter 2023" and they are already trying to sell collector editions I would have hoped to see some sort of narrowed timeframe. As it stands, I wouldn’t be surprised if this slips its window.
@RedShirtRod With so many damn games coming out in the next 4 months… it should wait till next year just so people have time to check it out.
I think I might try banishers, if it has a demo. See if it’s my cup of tea.
Good god Space Marine 2 looks like Gears of War had a baby with DOOM 2016/Eternal and I am so goddamn for that.
