Syracuse, N.Y. — With a tight inventory of homes for sale throughout Central New York, sellers are making out well, according to data from Redfin, a national real estate brokerage.
During the 90-day period covering the beginning of May to the end of July, most ZIP codes in the region saw average sale prices over their list prices, according to Redfin. The average sale price was above list in 46 of the 60 ZIP codes in the region that had data available and had at least 10 sales during the period.
